Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paranoid Pups! We hope you love your new T-shirt. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your T-shirt for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same style or a different size.

  • To exchange your T-shirt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive your item, we will ship your replacement promptly (shipping fees may apply).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact our support team at supportyourdogs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect T-shirt, please contact us immediately at jayscott1329@gmail.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
